About Claire Norrish

Claire has over 25 years experience in the PR industry. She launched her company, Claire Norrish PR in 2002 as one of the first ’boutique’ agencies, and now divides her time between a small number of premium accounts (see client list).  She launched her sister PR agency in 2016 – Authentic Travel PR specialising in publicity for high end hotels, restaurants, charter yachts, spas, villas and luxury travel experiences.

Her career began in PR in the late 1980’s as part of the organising team for London Fashion Week and then as an Account Manager at Caroline Thomas PR heading up accounts that included Emma Hope, Jerry Hall swimwear, Jacques Azagury, and Van Peterson Jewellery. She has also spent three years in the music industry in a creative capacity, employed by Sony Music as a Video Commissioner for Epic and Columbia.

Claire also has experience in Event Management – she successfully managed several major fundraising events for cancer support charity Gilda’s Club including “Be a Bag”, a fundraising campaign involving designer Anya Hindmarch and since then has worked on several successful book launch events.
